How we operate
We are a seasonal campground. With over-sized sites, your typical campground living is replaced with the luxury of possible year round vacation access. Sites are rented on a yearly basis. We do not offer transient sites at this time.
Our season is May 1st to October 15th each year. Year round access is available for an additional fee. Winter water is available for some units. For those units not equipped with winter water, fresh water well is provided for your water needs.
Camps are required to be skirted and properly maintained at all times. We operate on the principle of personal respect and common courtesy in regards to rules of the campground.

Sunshine Acres is one hour from Concord, NH; Portsmouth, NH; Laconia, NH; North Conway, NH; Manchester, NH; Portland, ME and Kittery, ME.
